Train Smarter.
Recover Faster.
Prevent Injury.
AI wearable platform optimizing health and performance
Our approach.
Elite performance requires pushing limits. Without visibility, it’s easy to push past them.
Most training relies on steps, heart rate, and motion.
Performance and injury are driven by muscle and joint mechanics.
Load, imbalance, and asymmetry build long before pain appears.
Our approach is to make biomechanics visible in real time, where training actually happens.
The base layer for human performance.
Wearables that feel like clothing
Soft e-textile apparel captures biomechanical data without rigid hardware.
Real time biomechanics
Measure muscle engagement, joint loading, and movement symmetry during training and recovery.
Personalized AI feedback
Intelligent models optimize form, manage load, and detect early signs of overuse.
Built for results.
Injury Reduction
Proprietary AI algorithms detect early signs of overuse
Increased Performance
Wearables optimize form and improve training results
Faster Recovery
Return-to-play sooner with high quality data

Nathan Shayefar, Co-founder
Nathan holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and brings 15 years of experience as a software engineer and technical leader. At Orthestra, he leads fundraising, business development, software engineering, and strategic partnerships.
Outside of work, he enjoys dancing, hiking, and yoga. Anything that keeps him moving, balanced, and grounded.
Amit Gandhi, Co-founder
Amit holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. He previously founded Sensen, a social impact startup, and brings a deep expertise in sensor products and systems. At Orthestra, he leads product design, hardware engineering, and research partnerships.
Outside of work, you’ll find him rock climbing, skiing, or hiking (when he’s not recovering from the last adventure).
